WELL FED AND SATISFIED

LOOK AT THE DISHES, EVERYTHING WENT WELL.
GOOD FEAST, DOWN WITH GOOD WINE!!












THE 'KAI LUN' WAS SO FRESH, LOOKS SO GREEN AND INVITING! GREEN VEG. IS ALWAYS BEST COOKED ON ITS OWN, QUICK STIR FRIED WITH GARLIC . SIMPLE IS BEST!
















THIS WAS FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE SOUP POT!!! THE LOTUS ROOTS AND MEAT USED FOR THE SOUP. EVERYONE WAS HUGRY, SO WE ALL HAD SOME THING TO START OFF THE DINNER!! SURPRISE! IT TASTED QUITE GOOD, MAYBE WE WERE HUNGRY!!

HI FOOD SNOBS,
HOW ABOUT SOME FRIED FROGS?
THIS WAS FABULOUS , THE BATTER WAS LIGHT AND CRISPY, THE FROG MEAT SO MOIST AND COOKED JUST RIGHT.

THEY EVEN FRIED SOME GINGER SLICES WHICH WENT SO WELL WITH THE DISH!







THIS IS SOMETHING TO REALLY ORDER AGAIN AFTER YOU HAVE TRIED IT!
THE RAZOR CLAM TASTED SO FRESH, SO CLEAN, AND OOOH, SO YUMMY!
THE CLAM IS QUICKLY FRIED AND SERVE BACK IN THE SHELL.
WENT VERY WELL WITH STEAM RICE.





















GIANT CLAM FRIED WITH MUSHROOMS
AND SNOW PEAS.
THE CLAM WAS FRESH AND NOT TOUGH AT ALL.






DESSERTS, WE HAD THIS STEAM LAYER CAKE,
IN THE LAYERS, THEY HAVE SOME SORT OF CUSTARD OR LOTUS SEED PASTE, MIXED WITH SALTED EGG YORKS AND STEAMED WITH THE POW DOUGH.
IN CHINESE THEY CALL THIS, 'TIEN CHAN KOW' MEANING 'AS HIGH AS THE CLOUDS'

DINNER AT JADE PALACE

THE CAPTAIN OF JADE PALACE IN THE BACK GROUND.
HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE, SEEING TO OUR DRINKS, OUR DISHES, 10 POINTS TO HIM.




























PEKING DUCK, SINGAPORE STYLE, THIS IS SERVED ON A THIN PANCAKE, ONLY THE SKIN IS USED.

THE REST OF THE MEAT WAS STEWED IN THE CLAYPOT WITH YAM.







THIS IS A 'MUST TRY ROAST PORK'
CRISPY, TASTY AND CUT UP INTO LITTLE CUBES.
THIS IS LIKE 'TASTE POTION', BUT YOU ARE WELCOME TO ORDER MORE!!
