STEAM BOAT AT HOME

Steamboat at home is always fun,you can take your time to cook, eat and chat.There is always left over for the next day or a midnight snack!We had so many types of meat, vegs,there was hardly any place leftfor the settings .

We had to use 2 pots, 1 at each end of the table, in this pot we had 1/2 tom yum and 1/2 soup.Look at the nice balls, foo chook, and heaps of other stuff swimming in there!

We even made our own mee, it turned out very well, people who said they were too full to eat had seconds!

Roll the dough into strips and pull it long , slowly press and pull with your fingers, then put in the hot soup, and presto! You have soup noodles with what ever you wish to add.

A TABLE LAID OUT WITH FOOD IS INDEED A BEAUTIFUL SIGHT!!
