PART 2-- PASTA COOK OUT

This is cheese and tomatoe bread with escargot.
Escargots cooked in lots of butter, garlic and chopped parsley.
















Smoked eel Pasta.
Sauce cooked with white wine, garlic, chilie flakes, smoked eel.



served with roasted capsicuim, lots of parsley and home made
chilie paste.
What more can you ask for!!!










Dessert, we had home made Humming Bird cake with green tea ice cream.

A bit of east meets west but was nice.

PASTA COOKOUT

HI folks,
This is a pasta cookout at home.
Look at the prawns!












Angel hair pasta with prawns, roasted tomatoes, oven dried tomatoes, onions, garlic, chilies and lemon,
and fresh basil.
served with home made chilie paste. It was so yummy!!!















This is mussels cooked in white wine,
lots of garlic and tomatoes and fresh basil.
The mussels were very fresh and this is just fabulous!
It went so well with the prawn pasta!
