This trip up the gold coast was still abit cool, we arrived on the evening of 2nd, August2009. The sky was cloudy when we landed and soon the sun was gone by 5.45pm. The air was getting cool. Getting back to my brother's warm house, ( there was a nice fire going) what a nice warm welcome!

The next day was spend looking around his garden, vegie patch, digging up the tapioca tubers and the turmeric ginger.

I made a steam kuih with the tapiocas and had it for tea,Turned out very nice.
