Cooking japanese at home

For the food snobs, this japanese cook out was really good!
The preparation took a long time but the end result was well rewarded!

This tub of rice took a long time to prepare, it had to be done in stages,
waiting for the rice to cool, cutting the prawns, fried egg cut into fine strips, and lots of other stuff to spread on top.

The potato salad was really good, so different from other salads.
So was the seaweed fried with fresh soy beans, carrots, and a kind of fishcake.
very tasty.
