PART 2-- PASTA COOK OUT

This is cheese and tomatoe bread with escargot.
Escargots cooked in lots of butter, garlic and chopped parsley.
















Smoked eel Pasta.
Sauce cooked with white wine, garlic, chilie flakes, smoked eel.



served with roasted capsicuim, lots of parsley and home made
chilie paste.
What more can you ask for!!!










Dessert, we had home made Humming Bird cake with green tea ice cream.

A bit of east meets west but was nice.
