YEE SANG(PROSPERITY DISH)

Yee Sang, the prosperity dish for Chinese New Year.
This dish is said to be eaten on the 7 th day, which was suppose to be the day man was created. Now you can order it on the first day of CNY right down to the 15th day.
Yee Sang- means fresh fish.
Fresh fish, veg, and fruits are used for this dish.
The important part is the sauce, get this right or it'll taste just like a salad!
To make this dish is simple but you do have to do alot of fine cutting and slicing, then all the veg. and fruits are arranged on a big plate and everyone gather around , stand up and with your chopsticks mix everything togather, making wishes for the coming New Year.
Some like to toss it up high saying its, bigger and better luck in doing so!
