Pork braised with salted veg.
The pork is first fried then slowly cooked with mooi choy.
We tried a Vietnamese rest. but we think the one back in Melbourne is better, The Indochine, in Boxhill.
The serves were ok but they sort of serve the food in too small a pot, the pot couldn’t hold the whole fish, therefore it was not cooked and was very hard to handle, no space to turn the vegs. or what was in the pot.
