NIGHT IN VIETNAM

This is our tour guide . we were waiting for the stall to open. The Banh canh noodles that we were looking for, taken there by our tour guide. This stall only opens after 9 pm.
This is the noodles, with the pork leg and pork

blood, boil with raddish. Very tasty.
One extra bowl of pig's blood and pig's leg. My brothers loved it! So did the tour guide, he ordered a take away for his wife, for supper!

One of the hot pot we had for dinner , nothing special, the dish was very blend. We seem to have squids for every dinner.
